New Meeting Date 2022 - 9/30-10/2
January 19, 2022
Dear members,
This comes to you with a heavy heart that after all the planning and organizing this past year for our upcoming meeting, it is the decision of the Executive Board to “postpone” the meeting. We are not cancelling this wonderful program, just postponing until Fall. Due to the COVID- Omicron surge, as healthcare providers we need to be good stewards to keep everyone safe and limit our exposures. Many colleges have gone back to virtual course work and some of you have lost funding already to travel to a conference. Registered members will remain registered for the fall event. Members requesting a refund can do so by September 15, 2022. Members who choose to obtain a refund at any time and re-register will be charged the regular registration price of $435.00.
We want you to know that this postponement will be an easy one for you since the hotel will automatically move your reservation to the new date. You will receive notification about this with a new confirmation with the new date attached from the hotel. Please be patient as it may take a week to receive. The hotel will be manually transferring all members and corporate sponsors. After you receive your new confirmation and if you need any additional rooms for other faculty wanting to attend, I have contracted for more rooms to facilitate this to be under one roof. The only thing you need to do is MOVE your FLIGHTS to the new weekend, September 30-October 2, 2022. Lucy Phung can help you after you receive your new confirmation: lucy.phung@hilton.com
If anyone had a room at the DoubleTree (the additional option for overflow) let me know by calling me, please.

We will have this amazing program for teaching methodologies, updates from DHBC (Dental Hygiene Board of California) and designing a BS degree completion program at a community college will be exciting! 8 CE’s and it is a bargain! Please ask your fellow colleagues to join us, those who may not have registered to do so ahead of time. A new link for new members to reserve a hotel room will be sent once I have it with another follow-up letter.
On behalf of the Executive Board, we are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and we hope you stay healthy and well as we start our new semesters. Good luck to all of you with your programs.
With Gratitude,
Gay Teel
